Phenomenal service from the team at Creat3d once again. We've been using them for years and they've never let us down. We probably use around 1/2 ltr of Formlabs resin per day on our machines and can always rely on a consistent supply of stock and expert support. Won't be the last time we use this professional company!

Just arrived- 2 litres of Formlabs Black Resin and already over 12 months old. Given that Formlabs only recommend resin has a shelf life of 24 months it means this material is already over half-way towards useless. I'm experienced enough with resin printing to know I shouldn't expect resin stock within days of manufacture - but a year?? It gets even better. After contacting Creat3D and informing them of this unacceptable situation I was told I could return the old stock but it would be at my cost. The sales advisor also stated I should only ever buy one litre at a time and that in his opinion the best way to use Formlabs materials is 'Give it a shake and hope for the best' - Really? At 120+VAT/litre that sounds cavalier to say the least. Last time I will be buying anything from this unprofessional company.
