Adda Hut

A good authentic Bengali restaurant located 3 to 4 km is away from Reading Station. The restaurant space is quite good. It can accommodate 20 to 25 people. The quality years of the food is very good. We tried chicken Thali and fish Thali and both was up to the mark. Its quite authentic- vegetarian Dal is a must try.

Staying away from kolkata, sometimes make you a bit nostalgic about missing out on all the street food/bengali home food that kolkata represents and I was one of the many who have been searching a lot for it... Adda hut is one such authentic bengali restaurant which I discovered a bit late inspite of it being quite close to my house, but a restaurant that I would definitely recommend for anyone who is missing bengali food in and around London. Must try would be their fish fry, radhaballavi, cholar daal, bhetki paturi, mishti doi. I have tried the fish thali and I would definitely vouch for it all day. The owners and staff were really very cordial and helpful. I am sure to come here on many more occassions with friends and family.
