Anxiety Specialist Wahida Finlay

What a stroke of luck to find Wahida for my husband Chris, after he had tried various ways of coping with his anxiety and different medications. He has always been sceptical, and never believed in hypnotherapy and alternative therapies, but was at his wits end, and had nowhere else to go. After talking to Wahida over a phone consultation, he felt it was worth giving it ago as none of the other therapies had worked. After having done the 4 week rapid anxiety program, he now has his life back and has done for the past 3-4 months and has almost cut out his medication for anxiety. My husband and I have recommended Wahida to friends and colleagues, and would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to move forward with their life. This is the reason I have left it 3-4 months before writing this review, to show that it has helped Chris, and that he now has his life back!

I contacted Wahida after having a panic attack whilst driving on the motorway. I had always been a confident driver and had no idea why the panic attack had taken place that day. As a result of that incident I developed a fear of motorway driving. Its no exaggeration to say that it was ruining my life. I signed up for the 4 session program. Within 2 sessions I returned to confident motorway driving. Thank you Wahida!

Wahida has changed my life. Its done a 180 degree turn in a matter of weeks and Ive frankly not been this satisfied since I was a kid! I honestly cannot thank her enough.
