I went to see Debbie to alleviate facial pain caused by TMJ-temporomandibular/ teethgrinding nothing had helped until then. Now I am pain free and very happy that I turned to hypnotherapy and found Debbie. The sessions were done online and so I didn't expect a great result, how wrong I was. I highly recommend Debbie and look forward to addressing a few more of my problems with her and hopefully next time seeing her face to face. Thank you Debbie!

I recently met with Debbie for 4x sessions of Hypnotherapy for Anxiety. Debbie has helped me so much facing my demons and everything that comes with having heightened anxiety. Debbie is professional yet down to earth and really makes you feel at ease from the moment you meet her. She shows kindness and empathy for what you are talking about. As a fellow hypnotherapist it has struck me as odd that so very very few therapists in the UK use the full array of powerful proven clinical & analytical tools available to them. Therapist confidence in using these tools & hypnosis confidence in general is a huge factor in securing permanent changes in clients. I can report that Debbie scores very highly in these factors - I am very pleased to have found in Debbie someone with these vital skills who I feel very confident in.
