        Reported a repair 20-12-22, now nearly 4months later its still not fixed, NOT going to report any more repairs, so when my time is up catalyst will have to spend thousands of pounds fixing everythingafter all its not my property Im only renting it

        Phone about a leek in the bathroom, told somebody would call Monday PM. Its 17.49 nobody has phoned or called. Leek is getting worse. Not good enough. You can't get hold of anyone on the phone, all you get press this no then press this no. A very bad service.

        Faceless emails that noone responds to. Noone in the local office to discuss issues with so have to call and speak to new person each time who have no previous case notes and create countless meaningless reference numbers. Would not recommend.
