        They'll do everything to help you buy the house and then ignore you once you move in. We've been waiting months for really simple snags to be rectified. Customer aftercare is simply non-existant. We contacted them in Nov22 and we're still waiting for them to just reply with any sort of resolution. 6 months with gaps in the doors and windows over winter! As if my bills haven't been expensive enough as it is.
