Called them yesterday to address boiler breaker down, there is no heating in the house. The engineers said theyll come the next day however said they do not have parts without checking. They have not even left any heaters. We have a schizophrenic adult and autistic child in the house. This has been reflective of their service for the last 10 years of us living the property.

Absolutely poor service. Increased the monthly charge quadruple times compared to the last 4 years without a specific valid reason. And when enquired, the response is that there is an investigation going on so until its completed, the new charge will apply.
