R&Rcleaning

I requested this company for a End of tenancy cleaning. I leave the money and the key at one of the neighbour ( if u wanna pay without cash u have to pay more ). When i went to the flat to check what they did.... they did almost nothing, still dusty, still unhovering. I call them and they asking for pictures and hang up fast. I send the pics and from then he didnt answer anymore at the phone. I write them to go back to clean properly but they didnt. The lettings agency require another cleaning and they still dont want to go back to clean, and are very rude on text messages, and still dont want to pick up the phone. I have to pat twice because they didnt do the job properly. So.... i do not recommend this company or what are they ( i think they are a bunch of incapables to clean a flat ) As i see im not the only one who happen this ( ill try to act them in the small claims court ) Service: Moving-related cleaning
