Nearby activities: Reading has so much to offer and the hotel is ideally located to make the most of every attraction and the bustling, vibrant town centre.
Safety: The hotel reception is manned 24/7 and you feel very very safe here. Night staff excellent.
Walkability: Easy to access by car or walking the hotel is ideally place. Also close to train and bus stations.
Food & drinks: Incredible. Chef is a culinary genius. Has to be tasted to be believed. Bar is lovely and make the best cocktails/mocktails. Waiting staff outstanding. Always on point and extremely helpful and polite.
Noteworthy details: There is much of noteworthiness and I wont do justice here but some highlights to name but a few in addition to the above: amazing spa facilities and treatments are incredible; reception team outstanding - warm, welcoming, friendly and cant do enough for you; senior management exceptional and very approachable.
