Room was not private or secure. Staff gave other customers a key to our room, the other customers entered our room while we were undressed. They also double charged us for the room. After numerous emails, phone calls and a formal complaint, we finally got reimbursed from the overcharging. 5 months later there has been no response to the formal complaint, about the issue of other customers being given a key to our room and seeing us undressed.

Many years ago visited this location when it was Renaissance Hotel with excellent service and great attentive staff but was disappointed to see the change. Went there one lunch time and sat in the lounge in front of the bar for quite some time but no one came to serve. Stood at the bar for a while but no one came. Went to the restaurant and asked the staff if I could order decaf coffee. He told me to go to the bar. Sat down again at the bar for a while and eventually a female staff appeared and I asked for a decaf Coffee but was told they dont serve decaf coffee! What???? Very poor indeed.
