I contacted them late evening one day, and by 9.30 next morning I was booked in, parked up and off to my meetings via a short walk to the town centre. The manager was extremely helpful and I felt well looked after.
To add to the experience, I had booked a week in advance as I expected to be staying that long, but in the end I finished mid-week and I was refunded the other days without hesitation.
The facilities were clean and comfortable and finished to a high standard. Would thoroughly recommend and will use again.
Only 1 warning, the road access to the car park is quite narrow. I have a Mitsubishi Outlander and was able to get down the path without incident, so it isn't unmanageable by any means, but just a warning to check the size of your vehicle. The manager did also warn me when I booked, so it wasn't a surprise, but worth noting. However, the benefit was a properly secure and gated car park right outside the venue, not actually that easy to find that in Reading so it was well worth it.
