        Ordered via UberEats. Took 90min for my order to arrive and they got the order wrong. They then initially refused to correct it and said they would refund the part they got wrong. After persistently asking for them to correct the order and calling the shop directly multiple times they agreed to do so. It then took an additional 90min to receive the correct order. Unbelievably bad and lazy service. Doesn't matter how busy you are, if you make a mistake you correct it or at least do something to make the customer happy when you've wasted their time.
