If i could rate this hairdressers higher than a 5 i would!! I have never received such amazing customer service in my life. I got my hair coloured and cut yesterday by Francesca and she was one of the loveliest girls i have ever met. She made my hair feel and look brand new and i never have felt so in love with my hair. Francesca along with the other staff working were absolutely amazing and so sweet and as someone who gets really nervous in situations like getting your hair cut , i felt so at ease and safe in their care. Was originally booked in for a treatment, cut and blowdry but spontaneously decided that I wanted to have my hair lightened too. For Fran this was no trouble at all, and as always had an absolutely wonderful time catching up! She exceeded my expectations completely, as I had no hope of my hair lifting as much as it has! Also, have to mention how incredible the apprentice Macy was today, the most relaxing hair washes, and so lovely in general! Cannot ever see myself having anyone else do my hair and cannot recommend the pair more!!! Services: Shampoo & conditioning, Hair highlighting, Balayage, Hair coloring
