Really disappointed with the service and the attitude. There is no customer value and the staff is very rude. I was quoted 42.50 and an additional 5.00 because my hair is thick, not sure they will reduce the cost of your hair is thin however I agreed. The stylist was good (she is just 20) but not trained well. My hair is cut unevenly and there is one part where it has not been trimmed at all. I was in a rush and had them Curled hence it was not seen. However when I washed and straightened it the following day it looked awful. She took two hours instead of one hour as advised. If thats all, the receptionist demanded an additional 10.00 which really surprised me as she was the one who quoted the initial price of 47.50 and thats not cheap! For that price you do expect good service and not someone just asking for more money, that too for inefficiency of their own staff. She had seen my hair, charged me extra on the basis of it being thick, and wanted more just because their staff cannot keep up with the time?? That apart, my hair is cut unevenly and there are sections where its not even cut and looks weird. Ive never heard anyone asking for more money for thick hair and despite that, asking for more literally like ripping you off for their lack of experience. The intention was to get a few inches taken off so that the split ends are not seen but it was disappointing and Im travelling so not easy to find a salon. Mistakes can sometimes be ignored but with that attitude, its very disappointing and not sure if I would even recommend this salon to anyone. Very unprofessional!! Service: Hairstyling

I booked in with Paula because a previous hairdresser at a Reading salon had given me an awful haircut; I'd been to another salon to have it "fixed", but it still wasn't right so I trusted Paula to give me the chop. I now have a lovely bob; it's easy to style, well cut and looks great! Paula was so lovely, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and gave me some good recommendations on products and tools I can use. I think I have finally found THE Wokingham salon that I want to return to. I'm looking forward to my next appointment with Paula in the new year. Thanks! Services: Blowouts, Hairstyling
