The Gutter Cleaning People

Regards this service - they claim to specialise in gutter repairs and yet you don't carry around the most basic things to fix gutters- gutter unions! This must be the fix for 90% of gutter issues. The whole thing to me seems like a con. They charge 40 for a call out knowing full well they will not be doing any repair that day and then charge a ridiculous price for the actual repair. Seriously 150 to replace 2 unions - parts cost less than 10! I shall be doing the job myself. I expected the job done, 2 news unions for 50. Complete joke. Don't waste your time.

Roof and gutter cleaning was booked and the quote included some re-pointing of the valleys where necessary. The quote was quite expensive but it needed doing so we went ahead. The roof cleaning was pretty good. They didn't complete all the work in a day and wanted an extra 200 to come back and finish the pointing which they had clearly quoted for. Best avoided.

I called them to clean and repair my gutters last year and was impressed at the performance of this company, from the office arranging the call out to the team that showed up. They were friendly and efficient, diagnosed the problem, then ordered the part and came back to fix it. I have used them since to fix another problem and will definitely use them again.

Gutters Well we have just used this company .... We have had a lot of problems with our gutters so we were pleased to find this company. Firstly cleaning.... 180 charged and we were told there were lots of parts that needed replacing ( which we knew) and it would cost a further 200. They cleaned the insides and left leaving us too expect the outsides would be cleaned after the repairs. They have just finished after spending less than 30 minutes on the job. they replaced 2 end caps, 1x90 degree corner and 1 outlet. The gutters might be pristine inside but they are still filthy on the outside. I feel completely ripped off. When I complained they told us there was a 130 + vat call out charge but would reduce the charge to 154. This call out charge was never mentioned. So we have spent 334.I would never recommend this company and am totally disappointed with the result and the charge. Service: Gutter repairs
