        Even tho have a full time job told I need second job with three children so making my working hours 50 hours a week. My daughter was told to throw her drink in the bin as not allowed drinks in the building she is 8 yrs old. You don't even get treated as a human

        Unable to communicate with anyone via the journal as it takes days and days to get a response from anyone. If anything the service has gotten worse waste of time, have to come in for a 3 min appointment and get no other support. When the job centre had to close, I got a call 2h earlier than my actual appointment. But if you ask for a phone appointment for health reasons etc, always get told they dont do phone appts anymore - clearly only when it suits them!

        What on earth is the point of a Jobcentre if you are not allowed to communicate with them. You all blame someone else and NEVER accomplish anything. This department is a crass waste of tax payers money and is harmful to it's constituents.
