My heating had not been working for a week. I couldn't get anyone to help. One phone call to flexiflame and they were able to help me over the phone, explaining step by step what I needed to do. Never have I had such great service. Thank you so much, I really appreciate it.

Second time we have had a boiler installed by this company (2 different properties) Very knowledgeable, high standard of work and did a clean, good job. They did there very best to do the work quickly when our tenants were left without heating/water when our very ancient boiler broke and we so appreciated this. Kept us informed at every step and turned up when they said they would. Competitively priced

After having some trouble with boiler pump not always working , which was also effecting the heating We called Flexi up for help . The guys where on time first visit and managed to get the system working so we had heating & hot water over the weekend. We where told they should have pump by the Wednesday ready for fitting , was very pleased to receive a call Monday morning and they could change same day. Again guys on time clean tidy and very knowledgeable about the boiler, they fitted new pump checked everything on the combi boiler both inside and outside the house. Great service from start to finish , very happy would highly recommend Flexi over any of the national boiler & heating firms. . Thanks Ollie & Emma
