Wow! What a guy! I had a leak that at least 6 other guys couldnt locate. No hot water and central heating had never been efficient or working well. Wes was the ONLY guy who didnt give up. He eventually located the leak after many many hours and eureka hot water. Then he came back and overhauled my central heating and my bungalow is now toasty warm Cannot recommend Wes highly enough.

Had a bit of a tricky job with one of our showers, work was excellent and the issue was resolved quickly. Highly recommend, friendly, knowledgeable with lots of experience.

Wes Young was recommended to me by a neighbour (Ryan) - we both had Range Powermax boilers which have a repuatation for being difficult to work on (British Gas engineers won't touch them). Wes serviced & maintained my Powermax for a number of years and it's still running well today. He's extremely knowledgeable & helpful. More recently, when my tenanted flat had no heating or hot water he came out the same evening & at short notice and got the boiler's seized pump working again using spares in his van. I have now cancelled my British Gas Homecare agreement & will rely on Wes going forward.

Very experienced, professional and helpful! Had a leak from our hot water cylinder, a part needed replacing, called the insurance company and they sent us their plumber, who did not know how to fix the problem and only made things worse. At the end after 4 days with a leak and no hot water, we were told that the part could not be replaced without breaking the cylinder, which would cost us more than 700 for a new one. I asked my lovely neighbours for help and to recommend a good plumber and was given Wes Young's name. He came and fixed everything in less than 3 hours, obviously had the right tools, knowledge and experience and even managed to repair the damage on the cylinder, done by the previous plumber so that it did not need replacing, which saved us more than 500. Would highly recommend as he did a great job! Thank you, Wes!

He persisted with our old boiler, thinking out of the box, and eventually got it going again. Totally agree with the previous comments about his positive attitude. Satisfied customers!!!
