Avoid if at all possible.
Well a response at last. Why do you respond as The Manager? If you want me to list all of the facts about your poor service that include not even answering my emails, then please invite me to do so. My credit was good enough for your company to take the rental fee from my account, so how can you say it wasnt good enough for you to supply gas to?
Why dont you stop hiding behind a title and actually put your name down or even better why not call me.
