Grab a Gardener Ltd.

I have been using this service for a couple of years and at first it was really good, reliable and work done to a high standard. However last year the service started to deteriorate, appointments not kept or changed at the last minute, not working the full period paid for, etc. This year my first appointment has been postponed three times and I have still not had a visit although they have charged me. So I'm afraid it's a No from me. Services: Lawn mowing & maintenance, Hedge trimming, Yard work

An extremely poor company in my experience who seems to have no respect for their gardeners and doesn't listen to what they say when an issue is raised. 0 stars if possible.

Absolute Rubbish. Don't bother and take your hard earned money elsewhere. Nondescript customer service. Save your self the headache and source a local gardener. Grab a gardener sounds like a good idea but as soon as you get gardeners sent to you with varying degrees of competence/work ethic you will see why it is a poor service. Additionally, their customer service is appalling. I have been waiting for a refund for months and keep receiving spurious responses about why a refund can't be issued. Additionally, be very aware, mid-way through our agreement we were all of a sudden advised that T&C's had changed although we had not signed up to them. Dishonest cowboys. Don't believe me?
