        We rang three times and left two messages as asked requesting a call back. On one occasion we actually spoke to someone who promised that our call would be returned. Three days later we are still waiting. Very unhelpful! We at least expected a call. So finally got a member of this company to come and look at what needed doing . They visited on May 14th. Two weeks later and 2 ignored calls later we are still waiting for a quote. No contact from them at all. I would not recommend them.
