I was unfortunate enough to lose my father and mother in quick succession. Lisa and the rest of the team at Miles and Daughters were absolutely fantastic in helping me arrange a joint funeral service. Lisa was always efficient, professional and quick to respond to my frequent requests for assistance and guidance. Lisa was always understanding and sympathetic. She is a lovely person who helped me navigate my way through a very challenging period in my life. I have no hesitation in recommending her and her colleagues.

Miles and daughters were absolutely fantastic, they gave my wife Sue Hopkinson a more than special send off, and lisa Parker is so lovely and caring, she treats you like 'one of the family' organising everything down to the very fine details nothing was rushed and even when we were organising the service i said sorry for rambling on .....i felt they offered more than the time they could to make you feel relaxed . even moving on past the lovely service lisa still makes you feel welcome by offering to pop by for a cup of tea, ...all the staff are a credit to this professional funeral directors, and also Trudi done us all very proud by conducting the service, i would not hesitate in recommending miles and daughters to anyone who has lost a loved one, thank you and God bless you all .

Lisa at Miles and Daughters Funeral Directors arranged my husbands funeral with great compassion and empathy throughout. I was kept informed every step of the way what was going to happen. I was never rushed into making a decision everything was at my pace.They gave my husband a wonderful send off. Their service was impeccable I could not have wished for better. Lisa, at Miles & Daughters in Reading, recently made the funeral arrangements for my sister. From the day of my sisters death to the burial, Lisa was always available to answer any questions and offer any advice and guidance that the family needed. It was my sisters wish to be buried in a different part of the country to where she died, this was organized for us and everything went smoothly on the day. Lisas kindness and calmness made a sad and difficult time a little easier.
