Seeing my dad in the chapel of rest was the hardest thing I've ever had to do - I knew it was something I had to do, to get closure, but it was still incredibly difficult. I wouldn't have been able to do this without Melanie's support - she was amazing.

Melanie and the team at AB Walker in Caversham are amazing. The compassion shown to our family, after the death of my sister, was above and beyond anything we expected. Our celebrant, Colin Hawkins, of Life Seasons Celebrancy has a special thanks too for the most wonderful service he performed. Heartfelt thanks to all for making this awful time a lot easier.

Mel at Caversham was EXCEPTIONAL. She helped me so much, through this difficult time. She was empathetic, patient, efficient and really caring. I felt as if I was her only client. I really cannot thank her enough for everything she did and how she did it. Also worth mentioning that the actual process/next steps are always made very clear, something you really need at a time like this when your head is all over the place.
