        We recently used Richard Lloyd at Woodley for the first time for our mothers funeral in August 2022 and would highly recommend their services. Sue was so kind and caring from the first contact we had over the phone. The stress of the funeral arrangements was taken care of and we never had any concerns. Sue was very professional and kept us informed at every stage including a well being phone call at an appropriate time after the funeral. Every detail was attended to. The gentleman who was present at the service was lovely too as were the pall bearers. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend Richard Lloyd as they provided a lovely send off for our Mum as she deserved.

        We had great service from Donna at Richard Lloyd for my Mums funeral. Donna was always available to answer questions and provide support. A professional service allowed the funeral to be exactly as we wanted it.
