The team were warm and friendly in a very respectful way and this helped me enormously at such a difficult time. Thank you Kelly for guiding me through everything & for looking after Mum whilst she was in your care. I am sure she would have been very touched by all your kindness.         From our very first meeting with Kelly in Winnersh office we felt that we were going to be guided and supported throughout the process. Despite several last minute changes to the order of service on our part, all went smoothly on the day. All staff at the funeral mass and burial were very professional and respectful. We would highly recommend Miles and Daughters.
