        It's bad enough that they closed the Bracknell branch, but having to wait 3-4 hours for a service with no amenities nearby would have been awful. Hopefully our next experience will be more positive. We've also had to rebook our service for the 2nd time because someone forgot to book it in.

        Came for wheel nuts spare parts. One of the lady is really nice and good customer service. Unfortunately, the front desk man (wearing glasses) seems don't want to do anything. Just refer a phone no. to us and said call directly by ourselves.
