I went here earlier to drop off an international parcel as they are affiliated with DHL. I am disgusted with how the staff handled the situation, I am not even sure if he was the owner as he was the only one in there. There was a problem with my parcel as the label would not be recognised and I understand that these things happen, but he did not even try again after trying once. He even has told me that it is a waste of time to try it again when I asked kindly and he said that they are closing but it was only 2159 at that time and they close at 2300. He was lying in my face and was so arrogant. I told him that I thought they close at 2300 and he just looked at me in the face and continued what he was doing! All of that with my confidence that my tone and contexts were polite. I wonder how a person can be like that. Absolutely appalling experience. I do appreciate the store as it was clean with lots of security cameras but the customer service was beyond poor! I would definitely avoid this store in any way in the future.
