Unflatpack Limited

The guys at Unflatpack were brilliant. Denver and Charlie arrived at 10am and stayed on till 10pm to finish it off. I'd read some of the reviews prior to hiring them about them staying late to get a job finished in a day, but didn't expect them to be able to do it, when the quoted time was 2 days! They were extremely professional and provided some humour as well, with Denver winding Charlie up (I believe it was Charlie's first job) I would fully recommend these guys to anyone. We chose to have the doors made out of MDF cut at b&q and the guys fitted these, before we finished them off - painting and adding trim. The only improvement I would suggest is the initial response and dialogue with the planning team, as this required some chasing.

Im changing my review as Unflatpack took my feedback on board and really changed things around very quickly! I got a date for the fitting and the job was very well done. The fitter was very professional, did a great job - very neat and clean. Very happy with my wardrobe. As Denver mentioned - the company had been short staffed and hence the delay initially. But am so happy with my wardrobe that I would most definitely recommend unflatpack!

Absolutely terrible. If I could give zero stars I would. I rarely write reviews, but this company are impossible to get hold of. Total waste of time.

Whilst the initial quotation/booking process was a little lengthy, cant really fault anything else. The chaps turned up today to fit our Pax wardrobes and worked non-stop for 10hrs. The install wasnt straight forward, as the wardrobes did need cutting down to fit. The end result is better than I had anticipated and finishes off our bedroom just right! Cant recommend these guys enough.
