        Truly appalling service - repeatedly not returning call despite assurances to do so. I am now on the last day of a 3 month deadline for a CETV and the internal communication at CAPITA is being blamed by its own staff for hold-ups which look likely to thwart the process. I, and my IFA, have had the same treatment.
