        Originally cold called set a meeting up. The sales man was very pushy and just wanted me to electronically sign on the day. Never how business is done with us! Just had a call back today and the sales person Lewis was rude! Couldnt understand why we wouldnt just sign up saving 500! Then when I said I wouldnt be able to sign its up to the MD of the company he said Well I spoke to him yesterday and he said speak to you! I am not authorised to sign up to new contracts. When I told him we werent interested he put the phone down! Well done Lewis your phone manner just took you straight out of the game when we do renew! Appalling behaviour to try and win new custom.
