Joining Orion has been one of the greatest experiences of my work life. They have truly made me feel like part of their family and have supported so much through my work journey. I remember when I first called them up and they gave me so much support. The signing up process was so smooth and easy. The team at Orion are always there to support me and help me with any issues that may come. One of the most important factors was the quick and easy payment every week that made me stay on top of my finances and helped me get my life in check. I am in such a great place in my life today thanks to Orion. They appreciate my efforts and hard work and are always gracious and appreciative. Also Ive never had no issues with pay and anything that is owed to me has always been paid on time. I will forever be grateful for the team at Orion for helping me to become the best I can be and for always rewarding me for all my hard work and efforts. Im very happy and content at Orion and I look forward to the many years to come as I have found a team who I will stay with for the remainder of my career. Thank you so much Orion!

Unfortunately, I can not put 0 stars. I thought it was all a good experience until the job title chanced 2 times in the process of getting the job. I questioned the agency, and I got " it's standard process in the industry." I have never heard this beforehand. You apply for a job for the job advertised, not for a different job. I basically got told the original job title was a way to get candidates in. I am not using an agency agen. Bad experience overall.

Going from working in roles that I have always had to use people skills the internal recruitment team saw the transferrable skills I had and the potential I could bring to the company. Starting in operations support I was able to learn about the company & what recruitment was all about, learning about each team & their industry before being fully supporting by everyone in the company to make the transition into the role of a recruitment consultant....I have now passed my 6 months probation period which has really flown by and not only have I learnt so many new skills, from all the amazing training & coaching that has been provided by Orion Electrotech. I have also been able to go on site visits to some of the leading businesses within Aerospace getting a 1st hand experience of what the working environment is like & giving me a great indication of the culture of the companies. There for enabling me to give the candidates I am speaking to a detailed overview of the company's culture, progression opportunities & general overall feel for the business from a 1st hand experience.
