    Not even worth one star. Worse company to use for business. Demanding the full amount of money on the bill, 19,000 to be paid in 5 days. The customer service is terrible. On hold to speak with someone for around 52 min and you finally speak with the adviser cuts you off. Avoid this company.

    Been waiting 5 months for them to fit a new boiler from my flat before I move into it but they went and said they couldnt do it now they are saying it could take couple for weeks they are so rude

    have spent at least 12 hours on the phone to SSE, plus several hours locked into web chats, and whatsapp chats with nobody seemingly interested in resolving the issue. I manage a building with 383 flats in, that SSE have recorded all of the MPANs wrong for, and there isnt a single person who will take accountability to resolve. i have emailed the CEO daily since the 18th Jan, and the senior customer service contact, with no response. Very little interest in resolving a problem where they are billing customers incorrectly. very poor, i am not directly a customer and i am very grateful for this!

    Worse company that I have ever used. Migrated me to OVO with the miscalculated balance. And tell me this issue is not SSE issue, because we are now belong to OVO at this moment. Seriously????????????? Poor customer service as well If u are the existing customer of SSE, go to check your bill now. U might have face the same issue with me
