Now! Mark My Words here you lot: I treat my phone as an object. My phone takes what I give it! I give it a LOT more than what I would expect it to take! I have owned a CAT S62 Pro now for over 2 years and my goodness can this thing take what I give it? = YES. I am in the steel industry, I weld, cut steel, work outside in pouring rain and the hot sun. I give it to my kids on the weekend and they can swim underwater with it to make videos, I've left it on top of my car before in a petrol station and driven off and its fallen into the road to be driven over several times, I've accidentally dropped it in a can of Xylene based paint, I've even accidentally dropped it down the toilet in a pub while a little inebriated! The only thing which has caused it a bit of harm is molten steel dripping onto the screen. Has it died? NO! This phone is - BY FAR - the best tough phone you can buy - MARK MY WORDS! . . . . I had a Sonim - it died! I've taken this thing out of my overalls and steel fragments have been sticking out of the speaker! Just brush off and laugh as this phone is engineered for those who need a phone engineered to do what it says on the tin! Bullitt Group and CAT - Keep doing what you do! Looking forward to your next piece of mastery.

EDIT2: Finally got around to switching phones and I realized they sent me incorrect version (s42 instead of s42 H+), effectively jipping me out of ~$50 and the upgraded features. Dropping the rating back down. This company has been such a headache to work with customer service-wise. The phone itself is thick and durable (nifty extra button features), clear-screened but has sluggish responsiveness (even after software updates), fair battery life considering it takes about 12 hours to fully charge via micro USB. Feeling neutral about giving a recommendation but I personally likely won't give them my business again, because I see now that there's a risk if something goes wrong - the customer is seen as liable when, legally, Bullitt is and they're willing to lie and probably respond with an 'oops, sorry again, but nothing we can do about it.' And It's a shame because the concept of a durable smart phone is quite great. EDIT: The issue is being resolved. Adjusting rating to 4 stars. ORIGINAL REVIEW: 5 stars for prompt shipment here in the US, but 1 star for customer service - again, prompt responses, but completely inadequate issue resolution. I have an on-going dispute with this company regarding a phone I purchased but never received, and have been unable to reach anyone other than Cat Support, who is the reason for the dropped rating. Posting this review with the hope someone other than Cat Support sees my Twitter message and responds with a better answer than sorry, your loss...
