Awful service, avoid at all cost. Installed our alarm on our new build house and refused to provide the engineers code they had set so no one else could work on or service the system . Also tried telling us by changing the alarm battery the engineers code would have changed, which the manufacturer of the system advises in not true. Tried offering a call out service to diagnose the fault of 300 + cost to remedy. Fixed by local engineer for 150. *avoid avoid avoid*
