        GRIDSERVE COME AND SORT THESE CHARGERS OUT! 3 not working ATM! These chargers are great most of the time. Easy to use, just plug it in and tap a card. The problem lately is the chargers knocking the other car that is charging off, so you can start. Which shouldnt happen as they are dual charging. Also, have had an error message happen a few times for no reason. Then when moved to another charger - works fine. The location is great! ikea has a huge (not expensive) cafe to use while you wait.

        Easy to find on the ground floor, on the far right had side as you drive round. Contactless worked a treat!!

        Bit of a nightmare to find as no signposting whatsoever and as Im used to the gridserve electric forecourt, that is what I was looking for. After 30 minutes driving round in circles, finally found someone who told me it was in the ikea car park. Parked but despite two chargers they are not dual machines so you have to wait for the whole machine to be ready. Bit of a pain when you are time constrained.

        Absolutely rediculous... There are two bays for each of the charging stations. Dispite the bays having two cables only one car can charge at a time (no signs advising this). When you park up to try and charge the car it then stops the other person's charging session.... Then neither cars can be charged... I'm now driving away and the other person's car is now not charging. What a terrible service for myself and the other customers session which has been disrupted
