        AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Dropped a duvet in for cleaning. Went to pick it up and they've lost it. It's almost new and they want to pay 70%. So I'm left with having to buy another duvet. Phone number on website is not working. Laughed at me when I expressed annoyance then hung up the phone. Noticed a similar review from another customer. Smells of a possible scam. Service: Comforter cleaning
