        I took my stuff in to be cleaned but I needed it back in the morning the guy was great and helped me out what a legend

        I took a very expensive white blazer to be cleaned. It was returned to me with what looked like brown watermarks all over it. The shop manager hadn't checked it before handing it back to me. He offered to clean it a second time, it was still returned with brown marks. A third time, it was once again shown to me with a big brown watermark on the back of it. Not only that, but he had put pins into the delicate material which has left visible holes on the front of the jacket. It has been several weeks and still no resolution. The shop manager told me the boss will be in today at 3pm, so I intend to go in and ask for a refund for the value of my jacket. I DO NOT recommend this service.
