We have just had 6 windows and a door replaced by the lads, Will and Cal and they have done a superb job. The door was replaced with a picture window which adds a whole new dimension to our lounge. The quality of the products and the attention to detail whilst installing them was second to none. From the initial contact with the Boss to the prep work and installation by the hard working guys, I cannot recommend L&L enough. Many thanks.

Brilliant service from all the team and the windows and doors fitted are brilliant too. The sound reduction alone is superb. Don't recognise the company from the two reviews below mine. The company are family based with employees who have been there 40 yrs. Now we've had the windows in a few weeks I can't get over the brilliant soundproofing that comes with the windows and doors. We have found the sound deadening to be outstanding. We had to get them out to adjust the door, they were out when we called them no issues, did a great job.

Very poor quality of windows and doors. Attached picture is a 2nd set of windows they replaced back in 2017. Since then I got radio silence. Wish me luck on getting that resolved..... Update: 22/12/20: The company has now fixed all the issues.

Had nothing but problems with my hardwood patio doors following their installation in 2012.The first set let water in so opening them was a nighmare because of the swelling.A new set was ordered but these had the wrong glass rebates.Another set was made up but these were the wrong size and had to be adjusted to fit.The fitter had obviously taken off too much as we now have a set of doors that let in cold air across the bottom and part way up between the doors .We now have to use draught excluders/cardboard to try and keep the draughts out.Should have called them back out last winter(2015) but family illness prevented this.Dec 2016 and the cold air continues to flood in.Not impressed at all.
