Cannot fault or experience with Jack Door windows. Peter came around and measured up, explained everything in detail and gave us different options for our sash windows and doors. Peter, Steve and Nigel came around fitted everything beautifully. Really nice and friendly service, no hard sell and gave us options for everything. Have and would continue to recommend them, be prepared to wait because they are in high demand but it's worth the wait! We had one minor issue with a window and Peter came the next morning to resolve it. Could not be happier

Peter, Katie and the team at Jack Door Windows are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They deliver a product and service which is exactly what you would hope for. Unlike larger companies, the person who talks to you about the job also measures up and fits the windows, which gave us great confidence in the whole process. The windows were available earlier than expected and Peter juggled his existing commitments to allow our job to go ahead. Perfect timing - just before the big freeze at the end of 2022! Peter, Steve and Nigel were good fun to have about the place, the installation went smoothly, they cleaned up meticulously and we are very pleased with the end result - a great enhancement to our house. Nothing was too much trouble and we wouldn't hesitate to call Jack Door Windows again if we need any other replacement windows or doors. Definitely recommended.
