        Staff at the store is very supportive however exchange and price match policy is not really in favour of clients. Our house is under renovation and we ordered 8 doors. We are allowed to return and place a new order however its not an option to price match on the same bill. I have had very good experience with some brands where they themselves inform customers and return the delta amount. Customer has to pay twice for delivery and then need to drop the doors.
