This is an NHS establishment operating at its best from my point of view. I have a huge amount of respect for this place and the people who work there. I am lucky that this is my GP, nurses and support staff. You guys are brilliant.

If we are late for 10min they will cancel the appointment without knowing how emergency the patient problem is but if we have to wait even 30min after our appointment time its okaywhat kind of management is that.in this world we all know things dont goes perfect as planned mostly when there is a road works in readings roadsits proudly said u are late so rebook ur appointmentwell I guess Whitley villa surgery and university medical centre staff never get late or stuck in any such type of delays in their whole lifewish in every field of work we could send people back like thatFiona mullin you can call me to discuss your nurses has put me in a very difficult situation

Really friendly staff, including the nurses and doctors, they make you feel comfortable and explains to you in detail and very knowledgeable on topics. I would definitely recommend.

One word: Appalling! Edit: I did get a call from the Practice which I appreciated, but that doesnt change the fact the service today fell short of expectation.
