Most practitioners have been very pleasant and professional on the whole. I attended today to drop a sample off as requested by the doctor. She didn't however provide a label. The receptionist was cold in manner from the outset but started huffing and puffing at the fact she would have to sort this out. As a health professional myself I know it's not that difficult to sort or ask someone who can. She then went to ask a colleague to sort this for me and I could hear her talking about me. I found this very unprofessional and made me very annoyed. She may need to be reminded that the walls are not sound proof. I will make a formal complaint if I find this to happen again.

When phoning the Gp surgery why do the public have to listen to an automated speech from a egotistical doctor. People already know the info anyway. Both gp consultations i have had, neither followed up the proposed action of what they said they were going to do.

Staff are very rude, especially over the phone and my prescription is always getting lost by them
