        Keeps you waiting for hours before answering any calls. On the 20th Jan I still have been told by one of the receptionists that face to face appointments are still not allowed because of Covid.

        My mum has been unwell for ages and this doctor has done nothing she has heart failure and has had some nasty sores on her legs which need dressing,She could hardly walk yet was made to go to the surgery and walk up the stairs to see the nurse even though she struggled which meant she was sometimes late the nurses here were so rude and nasty to her,We could never get her a appointment with a gp and last Thursday she ended up in hospital with us being told she was very very ill she is still there on oxygen.
