Absolutely useless, no one to speak to, the receptionist is very rude, doesn't speak English, very incompetent, even after a call with 111 who left instructions with Russell St surgery, to send prescription through to pharmacy. It didn't happen, still waiting for a useless Dr to send it through, nearly 34 hours now waiting for a prescription for a chest infection that is getting worse by the hour. Useless doctors surgery, don't use Russell Street surgery if you you are ill. .

This is the worst doctors surgery I have seen. I saw Doctor Rana hes the worst doctor I have seen. He doesnt talk politely with patients and he doesnt listen to anyone he just does whatever he wants. Also, staff who work at reception are unprofessional and they just try to cut the call whenever someone calls the surgery they dont listen to anyone. I wouldnt even give one star.

Worst Gp surgery ever. Have never been treated so badly before by a drs surgery. Mis- diagnosis for over a year . Rude reception staff with no clinical background asking inappropriate questions to determine if you should see the doctor or not. They have no empathy for the sick and could really do with attending some courses I suggest ( sage and thyme) to learn how to show compassion. Have been calling for 3 months religiously to get an appointment on hold for over an hr most times only to finally get through and be told there are none try again and that if you have to hold for more than 15mins you are wasting your time and energy because you will not get an appointment. That they dont have enough doctors for the patients and that patients registered at the gp should be great full to even get an appointment. If youre having issues with this Gp please report it to nhs England or Pals

When I call to book an appointment they keep saying to call the day after or in the afternoon (or to get a visit in 3 weeks). This happened 3 days in a row and I still cannot book my visit. This is frustrating and not professional. I need to rely on my GP when I have a health problem and not to be forced to call 111 or to go to another clinic to get visited within a reasonable time. I am going to change my GP clinic now.
