My 6 years daughter has had eczama for nearly 3 years, we have tried numerous creams, however nothing helped. We ended up needing stronger and stronger steroid cream just to control the flare ups, unfortunately she was constantly having flare ups. We spoke to a number of GPs and was referred to a dermatologist, and each time we were just sent off with stronger steroid creams. I was absolutely at the end of my tether and desperate for help when I found Dr Pimm's webpage. I read his articles about his perspective and approach to treat eczema, which just made so much sense to me. After I contacted Dr Pimm, I was offered a video appointment on the same day, he asked lots of questions and really took his time to explain his diagnosis and his treatment plan for my daughter. He also gave lots of useful dietary advice on how we can improve her gut health and immune system. Within days of using his bespoke cream, I could see a big change in my daughter's skin. No longer was it red, leathery, and hot to touch, it was smooth and calm instead. 4 weeks later, nearly all the eczema patches have gone, we are now only on a low strength maintenance cream to prevent the flare up. Dr Pimm always replied messages promptly and gave really good advice. With his help I finally feel in control of the eczema and my daughter is much happier now too because she is no longer self conscious about her skin. I couldn't thank Dr Pimm enough for what he has done for us. He is ever so thorough and devoted. I'm sharing our experience in the hope that it will help people out there who are struggling with eczama ( believe me, I know the feeling ), please try Dr Pimm's approach, I wish someone had told me about him sooner.

Dr Pimm is a very thorough and diligent doctor. After several years of a difficult skin problem and consultation with 12 other doctors including dermatologists Dr Pimms intervention improved my condition by 99% within 3-4 weeks. He really does spend spend as much time as is necessary to understand your problem and responds to any enquiry or concern either by email or WhatsApp in a very timely manner. He also took the trouble to write detailed letters of his findings for my GP and dermatologist at the local hospital. I cannot recommend Dr James Pimm highly enough - I am very grateful for his intervention.
