It does not harm you to try ringing the patient back at least once if they missed your call; especially if they had to wait for 40 mins to arrange just a call back!!! Basically, if a patient misses their call patient will have to ring the following day. I missed the call literally by a second or so as I was struggling with my new phone and when I rang back (wait time another 15 minutes or so) they asked me to call back the next day. I work in the NHS too and I know how stretched we can be but this kind of unreasonable rule of "not-calling-back-if-you-miss-our-call" is ridiculous and appalling.

Been sick for 3 months and finally managed to speak with a doctor. She was rattling off stats from a blood test which I already had seen. When attempting to tell her my symptoms she told me to be quiet. I eventually managed to speak and explained my symptoms, she told me that she did not know about them as they had not been recorded and got me booked in for an emergency scan. Avoid this place if you can. Clearly understaffed and those who are working there are too busy to care about the general needs of their patients. Would give 0 stars if I could

AVOID!! They lie, dont know anything useful and if they dont like how the conversation is going they simply hang up on you after waiting over an hour on the phone! Bloody awful.
