Brookside surgery

The surgery have been brilliant with giving us same day appointments for my baby when we have been worried. Both times we have seen Dr Yousuf and both times have been completely reassured as to our sons illness or our concerns. Dr Yousuf is welcoming and definitely puts our minds at ease being first time parents. Reception staff are always lovely and super helpful when we have needed advice or an appointment at the last minute.

The most awful doctors I've ever had to speak to. They do not care. I was treated horribly by one male doctor in particular who desperately needs to retire. I would strongly recommend avoiding this surgery and all surgeries owned by Brookside Group.

Disgusting service, Jackie a so-called manager just said "if its an emergency call 111" I tried to explain again that my appointment was a call today for an urgent medical matter, she said the same bt added "I need to put the phone down now" and hung up, 111 couldn't help and explained the surgery should have dealt with it. the practice is rude and very unhelpful, the surgery withholds medication for a review with the doctor, then the doctor does not ring and the surgery manager Jackie says they are busy, they cause the extra work so they deserve no sympathy, the message says not to be rude but Jackie is fine with being very rude to me, if I didn't keep the appointment and then just said I am busy and hung up Im sure she would have me banned. absolute disgrace I would definitely recommend that as a manager the best thing Jackie could do if she cares in any way about patients she should look for a different job, one where she does not deal with the public
