The doctors are so nice . But the Receptionist is the worst . I have seen first time receptionist like her the old lady who have been very harsh n disappointing.she treats patients like a dirt. Just cause I forgot to get mask she made me to go back home n get .inspite she knows I was not feeling well.and that too she had full box of mask but she was so heartless to provide one . When I asked her can you provide one from box she said in rude way thats for my colleagues. This lady doesnt know the meaning of Humanity.

I had great appointments with the doctor, both in person and on the telephone. It was easy to get an appointment when I needed one.

Egoistic Rude practice manager New to area ; Came in early for my new patient appointment as family. We waited outside for 10 minutes, got entry 5 minutes past my husband's appointments to which they start claiming that they won't check him. Mrs nigude was very rude to us and keep on insisting that she won't check both of us. When presented with evidence she reluctantly agreed but was rude throughout the appointment. Making me guess my decision to register with.

Called with concerns was told I would be referred to the hospital, 3 months and nothing. Called back to ask what was happening I was told there is a waiting list. Waited another 2 weeks and called. Only to be told that I have to go and make an appointment at the hospital myself I am extremely upset with the misleading information, just to top it off reception has not logged any correspondence of my phone calls but Called me to make an appointment to fill out a form to go to the hospital. Worst experience
