I recently called South Reading Surgery and was put on hold for 20 minutes. When I finally got through to the receptionist, I was met with a grumpy and unhelpful attitude, which unfortunately is typical for every interaction I've had with them. This kind of consistently poor service is unacceptable, and if I could score zero stars, I would. I hope the staff at South Reading Surgery can take steps to improve their customer service and treat patients with more respect and kindness.

Been ill for months!! Been to the hospital multiple times and my doctor refuses to see me or do blood test recommended by the hospital because she puts everything down to my vitamin d being low its disgraceful the doctor is very rude and never listen

As with the NHS in general. I had to register as outpatient as I'm visiting friends. I was treated as expected and everything working as expected. Long phone times in morning to get appointments... but I've experienced that everywhere since COVID. Nice nurses and receptionist from my point of view. Haven't needed doctor yet.

If I could give this surgery a minus rating that wouldn't suffice.The receptionist has no manners at all and the Doctors are just as bad. A complete lack of empathy towards what patients are going through. For somebody that doesn't want to waste medical professionals time by calling 999 or taking up a space in A and E, I am disgusted by the treatment I have recieved today. I was told there were no appointments and even after been referred by 111 was still told they would not accommodate me. I will be changing from this service provider immediately and would suggest others do the same.
