I have found my sessions really useful over the last 6 weeks (continuing still). I went in after injuring myself during a run and actually the focus became correcting the whole body through both the in practice sessions and exercises at home. Years of feeling like I never could get comfortable on my road or cx bike have just gone. I can get lower (helped by stretching too), can take in more air as the lungs have more space to move into and I am able to drive the bike on more efficiently and the power numbers agree. As with anything like this you do need to be committed to want to get better and be open to understanding it is your overall lifestyle that needs a tweak, how you stand, your posture when seated etc. There is no pressure to particularly do anything extra, just helpful advice. Really the sessions have presented themselves as the silver lining to my running injury as they have improved so many other elements of my life that I didn't really think needed fixing. I noticed some people have questioned the cost, the sessions are short but fundamentally there is only so much that can be cracked back into place in each session and really if you try to compare it to physio they aren't really the same thing at all. If you compare it to the thousands you might spend on a hip replacement later in life then actually it's an absolute bargain and you get to live your best life now.

I have been going here for two years now. I had really bad back and leg problems. My posture has been corrected and I am able to do activities I had stopped doing. In addition there are always useful lifestyle tips and ideas. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
